We're making shoes by hand. If the customer gives us the specific foot measurements, it will be helped to make them.

DELIVERY

Approximately 2 weeks for making shoes and 1 week for delivery. It depends on each country Post Office. 

For the worldwide customer, We deliver the shoes via EMS who offers reliable and fast delivery. EMS freight cost depends on the country where you live and the total weight of the parcel.

This cost is not included any insurance, tax. If you want any individual insurance, please ask us. 

 

EXCHANGE/ RETURN 

We recommend you try the shoes on the inside at first. On the outsole of shoe protection films are attached. If they don't fit or any issues, please contact us first and then send them back to us. We can alter or remake them as soon as we get them. To Korea, the freight charge will pay by the customer, and we will pay for it when we send a new one. 

If you want to refund, the customer should send the shoes back to us, and then we will pay the only shoe price. The freight cost will not refund.
